So I was able to knock another one off my goal list and didnt even realize I had done it until I was looking over my list today lol.
39. Make a new friend in another province/country
I have a very good friend Marshall who lives in New York that I've been friends with for about 4 years now and just recently he introduced me to his best friend Jeremiah through MSN Messenger/Facebook and we hit it off pretty well. He is a very cool guy and always good to give you a laugh. I am very glad to be able to now call him my friend as well ^^

Picture Perfect
Hey everyone!
As promised I am posting a couple of the pictures from my outing with Christine. First off, I would like to say a huge thank you to Christine for doing these pictures for me and for doing such a fantastic job ^^. So I had a lot of fun with her while we did these at 8:30am last Saturday, it was a bit of an overcast day and not too cold thankfully. We took some pictures by a running stream off the Bedford Highway,then down on the Bedford waterfront and by apartment complexes along the Bedford Highway. Hope everyone likes them.. I know I do! ^^
Also wanted to update everyone on the Wii Fitting. So I have been doing really well with keeping into a routine. I usually bike for an hour everyday and then do 1-2 hours on the Wii doing various aerobics,strength training and yoga. So far since January 1st I have lost 7.5lbs!! here's hoping that I can stay with this good of a progress ^^

Another one down!
Hey Everyone!
So I was able to knock yet another one off my goal list today with the help of a friend.
# 9. Get some professional pictures taken
My friend Christine is currently establishing her own photography business and does amazing work. We went out at 8:30am this morning to some various places in Bedford for some nice outdoor pictures so that I have a momento of the way I am now before I lose all the weight...Which brings me to my next point.. I've already lost 5lbs since January 1st! woo hoo!.
I shall post some pics once I get them back from Christine and also will make a longer post about our photo adventure.

Mini Update
Hey everyone!
So my stew turned out really well and I am quite proud of myself for making it the first time and having it taste so good!
Also Im still doing the Wii Fit everyday and have set myself a goal to work off a minimum of 1000 calories a day so about 1.5-2 hours of working out. Since starting the Wii Fit I have been feeling much better and have even been sleeping better at night! I've also started really watching what I eat for the new year and am doing well so far ^^
